Brooke Goldman, CSA, is a casting director, producer, and photographer.

She began her career in casting in 2011 as an intern and worked her way up to become an independent casting director, bringing a hands-on, deeply collaborative approach to every project.

With a foundation in fine art photography from Rochester Institute of Technology—where she studied under Gregory Halpern and Willie Osterman—her work has been exhibited and published internationally, with artist residencies in Berlin and New York.

She’s produced and cast national campaigns for brands like Starbucks, Intel, and Arm & Hammer, as well as music videos for artists including Billy Woods, Kenny Segal, and Armand Hammer.

Her visual background naturally led her into narrative film. Her latest project, Thirstygirl, was an official selection at the 2024 Sundance Film Festival.

A member of the Casting Society of America since 2022, Brooke is committed to building inclusive, thoughtful casts that reflect a wide range of voices.

She also works in front of the camera as a print and parts model, with clients including Essie, Walmart, DoorDash, and GrubHub.
